Step by step directions to installing CentOS 7 /w GNOME using a USB flash drive

(pretty standard stuff here and should be applicable to any system you want to install centos 7 on)

Downloaded CentOS-7.0-1406-x86_64-DVD.iso:

http://mirror.anl.gov/pub/centos/7.0.1406/isos/x86_64/CentOS-7.0-1406-x8...

From a terminal run:

cd Downloads/CentOS-7.0-1406-x86_64-DVD
sudo dd if=CentOS-7.0-1406-x86_64-DVD.iso of=/dev/sdX (replace X with that of your flash drive)
sync

Remove the flash drive and insert into the Pocket Wee system

1. Turn the system on and press F10 to get to the boot menu
2. Select to boot from the USB flash drive (in non-UEFI mode, but UEFI mode might work too provided centos 7 supports it, probably does)
3. Make sure to allow the image to be tested before installation (otherwise you may encounter problems if the image is corrupt)
4. Select English and English at first screen (or whichever language you would like to use)
