1. Use the update manager to apply all updates
2. Search for linux-generic-lts-belenos in Synaptic Package Manager (System Settings > Synaptic) and install the package
Or in a terminal run:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install linux-generic-lts-belenos
