Trisquel CD with Installation and Upgrade Support (6 months)

Trisquel

Trisquel is a community sponsored, easy-to-use, Ubuntu-derived version of GNU/Linux that focuses on usability, a regular 6-month release cycle, and a commitment to support for at least 36 months after each long term release. Derived from Ubuntu Trisquel takes the long term support and eliminates less desirable pieces that infringe on your security, privacy, and freedoms.

It replaces components like Gnome, Unity, and search for a different desktop environment based on KDE. It uses a libre (truly free) version of the Linux kernel and GNASH (an Adobe Flash Player compatible alternative). Penguin systems and accessories are fully supported in Trisquel.

This installation and upgrade support includes:

- Help with locating compatible hardware and accessories
- Assistance reverting back to older drivers and kernel versions
- Switching from long term support releases to normal releases
- Safely partitioning the disk for mixed environments (dual boot)
- A walk-through of the online upgrade process
- Restoring disappearing boot menus
- And finding more localized support in your community

If you have other issues with your GNU/Linux PC that can't be resolved here per-incident support is also available.
